WHAT:
Fish the endless, untouched flats of Andros Island during the winter migration which provides cool water and an abundance of opportunities to catch the elusive “gray ghost”. Bonefish are typically in large schools this time of year so you will have a fair share of shots. This trip is perfect for every level of angler from novice to professional. If you are new to fly fishing or saltwater fly fishing we recommend you work on your double haul before the trip, being able to get at least 40 feet of line out efficiently will drastically increase your hook-up ratio. On the other hand, if you have caught enough 3-5 lb. bonefish in your life to get bored, you can target giant bonefish on the westside, I would only suggest this for the very experienced angler who has a precise long cast! If you have either preference, please let me know before the trip so we ensure you have the right guide to achieve your goals!
